Tavor Perry is seeking an experienced Marketing and Community Manager to build and grow a membership community in the adventure travel space. You will oversee onboarding, content creation, and design, ensuring the community remains active and engaged while shaping strategy with the founder.

You must be a strong writer with experience managing an online community platform, plus skills in email marketing, graphic design, and content analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an online community platform
• Exceptional English writing skills and ability to produce polished content
• Strong experience with content research, planning, and publishing
• Email marketing experience including regular newsletters
• Graphic design ability for web/social assets
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Able to read analytics and translate data into actions
• Hands-on experience in a comparable role, not entry level
• Responsible, thorough, and self-directed
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of an online membership community
• Research, write, and publish weekly email content
• Plan and run marketing campaigns to attract, convert, and retain members
• Create graphic design assets for web pages, branding, and community materials
• Edit photo and video content for community channels and marketing use
• Monitor analytics and translate findings into recommendations
• Coordinate member welcome kits and fulfillment vendors
• Maintain organized content files and publishing schedules
• Recommend tools and platforms to improve production and operations
• Provide strategic input to founder and team
