Job summary

Human8 is seeking an Advanced Analytics Specialist to design, execute and interpret advanced statistical analyses and marketing science outputs that help clients make better business decisions. You will translate business questions into analytical approaches and work with client service teams to deliver impactful insights.

The role requires confidence in core analytics tools (Sawtooth, R, SPSS, Python, Excel) and collaboration across project delivery and data processing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Sciences, Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field is desirable
• 3-4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Translate client and research questions into advanced analytical approaches (conjoint/CBC, MaxDiff, pricing analytics, clustering/segmentation, driver analysis, regression, predictive modelling).
• Execute statistical modelling and marketing science analyses with robust, documented methods.
• Validate model inputs, assumptions, outputs, and diagnostics for reliability.
• Develop simulators, outputs, scenario tools, models, reports to help teams and clients understand choices and drivers.
• Interpret statistical outputs into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
• Connect analytics findings with broader research evidence and client context.
• Explain complex methods in accessible language for internal teams and clients.
• Guide teams on using outputs with clear limitations and decision implications.
• Provide a clear viewpoint on numbers and recommended actions.
• Develop and improve analytical frameworks, templates, and quality checks.
• Stay current with marketing science methods; identify opportunities to apply new thinking responsibly.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, training and capability building.
• Support governance around standards, reproducibility, and model quality.
