• Work closely with the marketing manager and the marketing team to develop Facebook & Instagram advertising strategies that align with their goals and target audiences.
• Create compelling and effective Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns, including ad copy, creative assets, and landing page optimization.
• Utilize Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager to define and refine audience segments for maximum ad relevance and ROI.
• Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Proficiency with Meta Pixel implementation, setup of Conversion API, and troubleshooting tracking issues to accurately measure conversions.
• Knowledge in video/photo editing tools.
• Automate CRM system leads to generate better leads and audience.
• Experience in aesthetic clinic / beauty industry / call center is an advantage.
