Job summary

Asiatel Outsourcing is seeking an Admissions Officer to guide students and parents through the application process, ensuring smooth submission from application to enrollment. You will act as a bridge between Admissions and Enrollments, coordinating document validation, tracking progress, and maintaining data compliance.

You will review applications, identify missing documents, keep families informed, and help optimize SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in international school admissions or higher education enrollment.
• Familiarity with student application processes, visa requirements, and enrollment procedures.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Admissions Team and the Enrollments Team to facilitate a structured and efficient application process.
• Review and validate submitted applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before forwarding them for further processing.
• Identify missing documents or inconsistencies and coordinate with families, agents, and internal teams to resolve them promptly.
• Maintain a workflow system to track application progress, follow-ups, and turnaround times.
• Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and completely.
• Streamline the handover process between Admissions and Enrollments to minimize delays in application processing.
• Develop checklists, guidelines, and best practices to improve application accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep families informed about their application progress and any outstanding requirements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and escalation complex cases as needed.
• Conduct regular check-ins with Admissions and Enrollments teams to align on priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and refine SOPs.
• Proactively identify process improvements and draft workflow enhancements for key stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on application processing times from submission to offer.
• Identify trends, challenges, and improvement areas, providing insights to enhance the admissions pipeline.
• Utilize the admissions dashboard to track key turnaround times and ensure timely processing.
• Support other admissions-related projects, such as English language assessments and teacher reference collection, as needed.
