You will be developing your professional knowledge and build relationships with stakeholders in a fast-paced and stimulating work environment.Being based in Manila, you will assist the back-end global recruitment process in the hiring of Business Support and Legal Staff employees. You will be exposed in coordinating with different HR and/or recruitment contacts in other offices for candidate interview scheduling, monitoring background checks and delivering accurate information in the global recruitment system.**Duties and Accountabilities**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties listed below. These requirements are representative of knowledge, skill and ability required for the role.* Review requisitions in the firm’s recruitment systems using the Firm recruitment systems - Taleo, viRecruit)* Administer and maintain postings on internal and external job portals* Assess candidates based on position qualifications using internal and external job portals* Endorse qualified candidates to the next recruitment step* Encode and upload curriculum vitae (CV) data into Taleo and/or viRecruit* Send out of rejection letters via Taleo and/or viRecruit* Schedule interviews and coordinates with appropriate contacts for room bookings* Initiate and monitors pre-hire checks which includes background check processes* Assist Local office’s HR and Recruitment contacts in Taleo processes when needed* Recommend process improvements based on observations on transactions handled that provides system or process efficiencies.* Reviews work instructions related to the function and documents processes based on firm-formatted manuals.* Complete assigned cases using established procedures and in an accurate and timely manner* Perform other job-related duties as assigned including providing coverage to tasks assigned**Qualifications*** Bachelor's/College Degree* Minimum of 1-year general administrative experience* Customer Service skills required for the position* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and ability to work at all levels* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)* Amenable to work in rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA and Americas time zones), Hybrid set-up**Essential Job Requirements*** 1 to 3 years of HR Administration work experience gained from working in an HR environment* 1 to 2 years of BPO / HR Shared Services work experience in either HR Operations and HR Systems role particular to recruitment systems, from a multinational, blue-chip, professional, or financial services organization* Demonstrated ability to learn new functional concepts quickly and work with minimal supervision* Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information* Ability to collaborate and actively contribute to a strong team environment, yet able to work independently and take ownership of tasks* Client-focused attitude. Experience providing client service to internal and external clients* Ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
