Alkemia Industrial Supply Inc. in Laguna seeks a full-time bookkeeper to support administrative functions across HR, purchasing and importation, filing, invoicing and inventory.

You will manage the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, process cash receipts and assist with preliminary monthly closing. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with accounting software are required. Experience in manufacturing or chemical supply is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience with bookkeeping tasks and ledger posting.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Assist on administrative functions: HR, purchasing and importation, filing, invoicing, inventory.
• Will act as company bookkeeper; responsible for general ledger management, account reconciliation, cash receipts processing, preliminary monthly accounting cycle closing.
