Job summary

Manulife MBPS Actuarial invites a talented Actuarial Manager/Senior Manager to join our Actuarial Consulting Group. You will provide actuarial technical support across valuation, pricing, asset modeling, and experience analytics, shaping deliverables for insurance and financial services clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Actuarial Science or related field, 10+ years of actuarial experience, SOA/ASP Associate with progress toward Fellowship, and strong skills in Excel, VBA, SQL, Python,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field.
10+ years actuarial work experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
Associate designation (SOA/ASP) with meaningful progress toward Fellowship.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, VBA, Access), AXIS, SQL, Python or similar tools.
Proven ability to model and analyze actuarial financial metrics and present findings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with actuaries to support data analysis, risk assessment, and business planning.
Assist with pricing, portfolio modeling, asset modeling, and valuation tasks.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial projections and pricing strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and tech advancements.
