• Maintains and updates own sales-channel databases daily.
• Requests for quotations are acted upon within turnaround time and checked by Section Head.
• Ensures submitted information is considered before quotation.
• Computes renewal rates for various account types and makes recommendations if needed.
• Conducts actuarial studies for ad hoc reports, data and risk analysis.

We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill-in the ACTUARIAL ANALYST Role.

The Actuarial Analyst prepares new business pricing, renewal rate computation, franchise management and other tasks assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculates premium rates for new business corporate accounts based on list of benefits and/or utilization summary from previous provider.
• Computes renewal rates of corporate accounts based on utilization analysis and makes recommendations.
• Evaluates utilization experience of renewing accounts.
• Prepares monthly report and summary of all franchise applications, new business pricing, and renewing business evaluation.
• Submits a weekly report on the total number of transactions that were priced and released to the internal customer.
• Maintains and updates on a daily basis own database divided into sales channels.
• Request for quotation must be acted upon within turnaround time and must be submitted to the Section Head for checking.
• Ascertains that all the submitted information were considered before giving a quotation.
• Computes renewal rates of individual, family, group and corporate accounts based on utilization analysis and make recommendations if necessary.
• Conducts special actuarial studies for ad hoc reports, data and risk analysis and other pricing related studies.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be graduate of BS Applied Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science or any math related courses
• Newly graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written) analytical skills.
• Related working experience is an advantage but not required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
