About the Job

Allianz is offering a 6‑month internship for motivated individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience at the Allianz Cyber Defense Center (ACDC), the global team that works proactively to protect Allianz against internal and external cyber threats. As a Customer Frontend & Reporting Intern, you will work at the intersection of cybersecurity management, data analytics, and emerging technologies, contributing directly to dashboard development, operational improvements, and communication strategies and gaining real exposure to how a global cyber defense organization operates and presents its work to stakeholders.

What you do

• Actively support the Customer Frontend & Reporting Product Owner in day‑to‑day operations.
• Independently manage reporting requests in alignment with the reporting team.
• Collaborate with developers to define data requirements for dashboards.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis to drive operational improvements.
• Assist with communication activities, such as preparing newsletters in collaboration with the Threat Intelligence team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing email communications.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for Customer Frontend‑related topics.
• Help maintain and update documentation related to Customer Frontend & Reporting.

What you bring

• Ongoing university studies in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Independent and customer‑oriented working style with a quick comprehension.
• High resilience and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in problem‑solving and security challenges.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a team player.
• Basic understanding of business process management and automation tools (e.g., Grafana, Power Automate) or a willingness to learn these technologies.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical applications.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, with a passion for working with forward‑thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
• IMPORTANT: This is not a Hands‑on Cybersecurity Internship, but rather a Management/Analytics opportunity to work in the Customer Frontend and Reporting Portal of ACDC.

• LOCATION: Madrid OR Barcelona
