Job summary

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking an Accounts Specialist to support stock, sales information, and customer relations at our team in the Philippines.

You will help ensure SKU availability, assist merchandising and planning analysis, and manage credit and product handling at outlet level. The ideal candidate graduates from a 4-year program in business, marketing, or related fields, is computer literate, proficient in MS Office, and has strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer

Qualifications

• Graduated with a 4-year degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work with customers and sales teams.
• Preferably with a driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SKU availability and accurate stock information.
• Support merchandising and promotional activities.
• Manage sales information and planning analysis.
• Handle credit management and customer relations.
• Build and maintain goodwill with customers and outlets.
• Monitor competitive activity at the point of sale.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4-year college course (preferrable in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Engineering, Economics).

• With driver's license.
• With good written and verbal communication skills.
• With strong customer service orientation and good negotiation skills.
