Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of AR team leadership, with hands-on SAP ERP/Business One experience and strong communication skills. Onsite role with Australian time-zone scheduling.

Responsibilities

• AR Operations: Manage billing, cash applications, account reconciliations, and journal entries (JVs) in the client system.

• Team & People Management: Hire, retain, motivate, and grow talent; assign tasks and track performance.
• Reporting & SLAs: Review and finalize SLAs, monitor KPIs, and prepare business or process review decks.
