Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Proficient in financial statements, financial management, AR processes, and general ledger accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounts receivable including billing, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and enhance financial management.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts to ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards.
