Job summary

Intas Destination Management Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance team in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on invoicing, collections, tax computations, and accurate financial record-keeping, with emphasis on compliance and data integrity.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspace (Sheets) and Excel is required, with experience in VAT and EWT reporting and weekly/bimonthly reconciliations.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in accounts receivable or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of VAT and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT).
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices for local and international clients.
• Compute VAT and 2% EWT for local invoices.
• Maintain bank transaction records and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly collection reports and monthly financial analyses.
• Utilize QuickBooks, Google Sheets and Excel for reporting.
