Pandr Outsourcing is seeking a Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable to join its accounting team. You will maintain financial procedures, prepare reports and statements, and ensure compliance through accurate records and timely billing.

Responsibilities include invoicing, tracking AR, recording payments, applying receipts, and resolving discrepancies while maintaining strong customer relations. Requirements: a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years accounting experience, 2+ years AR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with international currencies.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring billing accuracy and timely delivery
• Track outstanding invoices and payment due dates
• Record customer payments, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card transactions
• Apply payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships
• Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer payment concerns
• Reconcile the AR ledger to ensure all payments are properly accounted for
• Investigate discrepancies, short payments, and other reconciliation issues
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes
• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
