Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for payment discussions.
• Comfortable outbound collection calls and consistent follow-ups.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable from invoicing through collection.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and upcoming payments.
• Process and apply customer payments to invoices and accounts.
• Prepare and send invoices, reminders, statements, and related communications.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies between invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Claims, and Operations to resolve billing issues.
