Responsibilities

• Prepare billing documents and assist with collection.
• Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) and outstanding balances.
• Conduct collection follow-ups with customers.
• Post and apply customer payments accurately.
• Monitor credit limits and customer accounts.
• Prepare A/R reports and coordinate with concerned departments.
