Live Nation’s Ticketmaster Philippines Finance team seeks a detail-focused Finance Accounts Receivable/Settlement Officer in Manila. You will support accounts payable/receivable, cash counting, and settlement duties with clients, venues, and outlets, contributing to monthly close timelines.

You’ll collaborate with the Line Manager and Finance Manager to ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with internal controls and contractual terms in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Degree in finance or related field.
• Strong English language skills preferred.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with finance systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Good communication and reliability.

Mansioni

• Perform sales reconciliation of previous day’s sales.
• Assist with sale receipting – ensure all payments have been settled to TM on a daily basis from payment providers.
• Ensure weekly supplier payments are promptly processed with appropriate approvals, and duly authorized.
• From time to time assist in preparation of Event Settlement report.
• Ensure quality of work is not compromised.
• Lead and adhere to Live Nation/Ticketmaster audit and policy requirements across the business and finance team.
