Job summary

Symrise Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant in the Philippines on a 9-month contract, hybrid work setup. You will support the SG Finance team with credit management, payment collection, and AR issue resolution for the Singapore entity, reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, PH.

Requires ACC degree, SAP experience, and English proficiency. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, capable of working under tight deadlines, and able to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Ability to deliver under fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and initiative.
• Strong written and spoken English for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit blocks at order and delivery levels.
• Collect payments and prepare bad debt provisions.
• Handle AR queries and resolve issues with customers.
• Support AR continuity for Symrise Singapore entity.
• Back-up AR activities: monitor bank receipts and assist auditors.
