Job summary

ICAP Management Services Ltd, Philippine Branch is seeking a finance/operations professional to support AR processes and data integrity. The role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis, and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

You will collaborate with TP ICAP teams to drive process improvements and maintain rigorous controls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with IT and finance teams to integrate new business into Accounts

Qualifications

Experience in a finance or operations environment.
Proficient in Excel and reporting packages.
Experience with controls environments and process improvements.
Strong data and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Build professional relationships with clients and TP ICAP employees.
Meet key targets as agreed with management.
Maintain accurate manual task records.
Recommend and implement improvements to the systems, processes and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines and controls and monitor and report any breaches.
Meet audit requirements & deadlines.
Work with IT to ensure new business is integrated into AR and to ensure AR development requirements are met.
Assist AR team with manual ad hoc tasks where required.
Identify and remedy static data issues.
