Job summary

Chevron Holdings Incorporated in Makati is seeking a Team Lead - Accounts Payable to manage accounting services and supervise a team. The role requires coordinating with the AP Leadership Team and ensuring adherence to accounting principles.

The position offers a hybrid work model with day and night shift rotations during the first 6 months to build strong working relationships. A robust benefits package is available to support health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or management accounting or related course.
• Minimum of ten (10) years overall work experience in finance, accounting or auditing.
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Amenable to work for the first 6 months on a rotation of day and night shifts to build working relationship with Senior AP Manager and the rest of the AP Leadership Team.
