- Use Bill.com to manage AP workflows, process invoices, coordinate vendor payments, and monitor payment statuses.
- Use QuickBooks Online (QBO) to record AP transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, appropriate coding, and proper approval before processing.
- Process vendor payments and monitor payment deadlines to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing or payment issues.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of invoices, payments, purchase orders, and vendor information.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoices, payment status, missing documentation, and account discrepancies.
- Support accounts payable activities for CPG and e‑commerce businesses, including high-volume transactions and vendor invoices.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities, AP reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate transaction issues, and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with established accounting policies, internal controls, and AP procedures.
- Maintain efficient, accurate, and well‑documented financial workflows in a remote work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
- Required: Hands‑on experience using Bill.com for invoice processing, payment coordination, or other AP workflows.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or comparable accounting software.
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end AP processes, including invoice verification, transaction recording, vendor management, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Relevant experience supporting CPG and/or e‑commerce businesses, preferably with US-based companies or clients.
- Ability to handle high volumes of invoices and financial transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing invoices, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
- Availability to work US business hours, as required by the role.

- Direct experience managing accounts payable for US-based CPG, e‑commerce, or Amazon-focused businesses.
- Experience using both Bill.com and QuickBooks Online (QBO) in a day‑to‑day accounting workflow.
- Experience processing high‑volume invoices, vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment transactions.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce accounting, inventory‑related transactions, and vendor expense management.
- Experience with vendor statement reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and month‑end closing support.
- Familiarity with automated invoice processing, digital payment systems, and accounting workflow optimization.
