Job summary

Lotus Development is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Philippines to ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payables. You will uphold financial accuracy, manage vendor relations, and support the Finance Team's daily operations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to organize multiple transactions under deadlines. Knowledge of BIR and SEC reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/related business field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, or related role.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Sort, verify, and organize supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding and unreleased checks.
• Prepare and release payments through cash or checks.
• Record company expenses via Journal Vouchers and QuickBooks.
• Prepare monthly accruals for agencies, hauling services, utilities, and other expenses.
• Handle petty cash and maintain complete documentation.
