Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional in Manila to perform vendor statement of account reconciliations and maintain accuracy in client bookings. You will ensure timely invoice checks, raise variance queries, and liaise with media teams to resolve discrepancies while following Resources MAP guidelines.

The role requires 6–8 years in AP/reconciliations, familiarity with GST, and strong communication in Australian English.

Qualifications

• Proficient in financial accounting practices and reconciliations.
• GST knowledge and general accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with Australian media industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performing vendor’s statement of account reconciliations for assigned vendors within tight deadlines
• Ensure fundamental invoice checks are completed and/or request amendments where necessary
• Accurately match vendor invoices to client bookings
• Raise variance account queries within applicable process timelines
• Follow up and resolve account queries within process deadlines
• Liaise with media teams and vendor counterparts to resolve disputed charges
• Adhere to Resources MAP guidelines and procedures
• Support team members when necessary
• Assist with ad hoc projects
• Monthly high level and detailed review of media creditors reconciliation

About the Role

The key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:

Qualifications

• 6-8 years or more experience in Vendor SOA reconciliations and accounts payable environment
• 2 years or more in a media industry organisation
• Fresh graduates with a background in Finance, Business and IT are welcome to apply
• Experience in media/advertising industry is an advantage but not necessary

Required Skills
