Job summary

Hubexo is building a Finance Shared Services Centre in Manila. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations, process invoices and payments, assist with travel & expense processing, and collaborate with vendors and colleagues to ensure smooth financial operations as the SSC grows.

The role focuses on accurate transactional processing, timely payments, and contributing to ongoing process improvements in a global finance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Ability to process invoices accurately and timely.
• Experience with process improvements and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional AP activities accurately and on time.
• Process invoices and payments in line with standard processes and agreed timelines.
• Support travel & expense processing and employee query resolution.
• Assist with purchase order support activities as required.
• Support corporate card and expense reconciliations.
• Assist with AP period-end close activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs and controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve routine queries.
• Contribute to process improvement ideas and SOP updates as the SSC grows.

The opportunity (Pioneer Finance Shared Services Team)

This is a pioneer role within Hubexo’s newly established Finance Shared Services Centre. You’ll play a key part in building a high-performing finance operation — contributing not just to day-to-day delivery, but also to how we work, collaborate, and continuously improve.

You’ll work closely with regional and global stakeholders, gain exposure to international finance operations, and grow as the SSC expands.
