Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across financial transactions and records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process, record, and maintain accurate financial transactions across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting activities.
• Review invoices, bills, statements, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, verify, and process supplier payments and other business payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and accounts with discrepancies; monitor open items and resolve issues.
• Prepare daily and periodic financial reports, reconciliations, and summaries.
