You will reconcile statements, prepare payment schedules, ensure compliance with company procedures, and support month-end close with reliable AP data.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in AP, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, PO matching and other payable documents accurately.
• Record AP transactions and maintain supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payment schedules and process supplier payments per terms.
• Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and obtain documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with month-end close.
• Provide AP data to management for reports and decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Identify process improvements in AP workflows.
