Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Finance/AP specialist in Mandaluyong City to manage supplier payments and invoices. You will enter invoices, reconcile accounts, maintain supplier records, and coordinate with banking to ensure timely payments. The role requires good English, strong reconciliation skills, and reliability to start ASAP.

The position supports global and Japan trade suppliers, with a focus on accuracy, process controls, and timely cycle closures in a dynamic travel distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 year work experience within a Finance Department
• Communication and Writing in Japan
• Significant reconciliation experience
• Basic understanding of Accountancy
• Good English skills (verbal and written)
• Can work with shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
• Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Reconcile suppliers’ accounts and resolve disputed cases with proper approvals.

• Prepare and issue payments as per credit agreement.
• Coordinate with banking team to ensure payments are made on time.
• Activate new suppliers in DOTW Connect as requested by Product Team.
• Provide support to AP Team Leader.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

General scope of the job:

To ensure the efficient management of the company’s supplier payment process.

In this role you will:

• Responsible for Global and Third Party trade supplier accounts in addition to Japan trade suppliers.
