Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in Accounts Payable.
• Familiar with SAP or any ERP.
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate and process payment requests per policies.
• Record data and adjust discrepancies and errors.
• Provide status updates and notify recipients.
• Support Tax group with receipts and month/year-end close.
• Organize and maintain financial documents and assist with admin tasks.
