Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in Makati to ensure timely and accurate recording of supplier transactions, verify legitimate liabilities, and support financial reporting. You will perform 2-way matching for non-PO and 3-way matching for PO transactions, process payments in local and foreign currencies, and maintain compliant documentation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Review and validate payable transactions by performing 2 way matching for Non- PO and 3 way for PO Transactions.
• Ensure that they are in conformity with Company policies and procedures, accounting standards and prevailing government regulations
• Record the transactions in conformity with accounting standards, following established business rules in the financial system.
• Prepare and process payments on time in required payment modes and currencies, to employees, local and foreign vendors, third parties, government agencies; based on complete and correct set of Accounts Payable (APV) package.
