Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable support professional to assist in invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. This temporary reliever role requires detail-oriented individuals able to work independently in a fast-paced environment within the Philippines.

The position involves collaboration with finance and other departments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with audits and tax-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• AP experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a 3-month project-based reliever position.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Accounts Payable invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process payments, expense reports, and related AP transactions in a timely manner.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and assist in resolving account discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, journal entries, and Excel reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and supporting records.
• Assist with tax returns, audits, and other accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and other departments to resolve account-related concerns.
• Assist in improving Accounts Payable processes and controls.
• Provide support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and perform other related duties as assigned.
