Job summary

Shell in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Team Manager in delivering value through operating and innovating world-class AP RTP processes. You will collaborate with CP, Businesses and Finance across levels to ensure timely, accurate postings and close support.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to read, write and speak Japanese. A finance-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge of AP processes and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak in Japanese.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve Accounts Payable RTP processes.
• Understand and apply financial controls.
• Escalate issues affecting reconciliation to the Team Manager.
• Prepare weekly/monthly KPI consolidation and provide insights.
• Collaborate with CP, Businesses and Finance across levels.
