Job summary

Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. (JWS - FAHR/ Advisory/ BSS) is hiring an Accounts Payable Accountant (Day Shift) in Ortigas, Pasig City, with a hybrid work setup.

You will handle invoice processing, indexing, account management, and supplier issue resolution. Qualifications include a BS Accountancy and strong English; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior work experience or CPA license is required, though an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Validate payments and process Invoices and Billing; handle invoice exceptions; route invoices for approvals; attach scanned copies to ERP.
• Indexing: Encode all necessary information as shown in Invoices & Billings; ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Account Management: Ensure invoices/billings are processed timely and accurately; ensure transactions follow defined standards.
• Supplier Feedback & Issue Handling: Validate issues and reconcile with suppliers; escalate to concerns units as needed.

Invoice Processing

• Invoice payment validation & processing of Invoices and Billing.
• Invoice exceptions processing & handling.
• Routing of invoices for proper approval.
• Attaching of scanned copy of invoices/billings to the ERP system.

Indexing

• Encode all the necessary information as shown in the Invoices & Billings
• Ensure that all the necessary information is completely and accurately encoded.

Account Management

• Ensure that all Invoices / Billings are completely, accurately and timely processed.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded in accordance with the defined standards and requirements.

Supplier Feedback & Issue Handling

• Validate issues and reconciliation with concerned supplier.
• Escalate to concerned units.
