Solvire Life Incorporated is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Metro Manila to support the Finance and Accounting Department. The role handles day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, expense monitoring, and coordination with suppliers and banks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accountancy or Accounting Technology, 1–2 years of general accounting experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and common accounting software. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology or related business course.
• 1–2 years of general accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates considered).
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero or SAP.
• Knowledge of BIR compliance and financial reporting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Process supplier invoices and manage payables; coordinate with banks.
• Record sales invoices and monitor receivables; aging reports.
