Job Description
Accounts and Operations Officers are responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving project objectives. They act as a bridge between upper management, client stakeholders, and operational teams, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, performance is.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the operations of various projects. This includes ensuring that all activities align with the project’s objectives, timelines, and client requirements.
- Officer has to ensure that the right team members, tools, and resources are deployed effectively to meet project goals, making adjustments as needed for any operational challenges.
- Officers monitor the performance of deployed teams, providing guidance and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to established standards.
2. Client and Stakeholder Liaison
- Officers attend client briefings together with AOM and BUH, interpret project instructions, and ensure client expectations are met by managing the project deliverables and communications.
- Officers maintain continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals, progress, and changes.
3. Problem‑Solving and Troubleshooting
- An officer is expected to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or disruptions during the execution of the project or operations. They act as the first point of contact for solving problems that arise on‑site or

4. Leadership and Team Management

- Officer is responsible for maintaining team morale and productivity, providing motivation and addressing concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
5. Collaboration and Cross-Department Coordination
- Officer needs to work closely with various departments (e.g., HR, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations and that all team requirements are met.
6. Reporting and Documentation
- Officer is responsible for maintaining detailed records of project activities, performance, and challenges. They provide regular reports to the AOM or BUH.
- Ensuring that all project documents, including plans, reports, schedules, and client communications, are well‑organized, up to date, and accessible when needed.
