Job summary

INSPI Philippine Venture Merchandise Corp. is seeking an Accounting Officer to maintain accurate financial records, process accounting transactions, and prepare timely financial reports in strict compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities include recording and reconciling general ledger accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, filing BIR returns, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate and updated accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and review accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Assist in preparation of Financial Statements and Schedules.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and file BIR tax Returns and other required government reports.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist with audit and provide necessary schedules and supporting documents.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
