Job summary

ZJW TECHNOLOGY INC. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, inventory reconciliation, and financial control activities in accordance with Philippine laws.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, strong knowledge of BIR and SEC requirements, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR compliance.
• Experience with SEC annual compliance and government statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise the company's daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, and general accounting.
• Prepare and file BIR tax returns and ensure timely tax compliance (VAT, withholding, income tax).
• Coordinate and prepare documents for annual SEC and BIR regulatory compliance.
• Monitor statutory contributions: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Organize and supervise regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with records.
• Reconcile supplier statements and AP records; resolve discrepancies.
• Review purchasing, inventory costs, sales revenue, platform fees, and profitability.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper adjustments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements.
