You will ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and smooth month-end and year-end closings, while supervising a small accounting team.

Qualifications

• Requires strong SAP experience and robust financial reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements within accounting.
• Experience supervising a small accounting team and coordinating with cross-functional units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks and supervise staff.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and ensure timely month-end/year-end closings.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax requirements and support audits.
• Support internal controls, cash flow, and inventory monitoring with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in budget tracking and variance analysis for management decisions.
