Job summary

Promethium Marketing Company in Quezon City is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily transactions, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This on-site role requires 1-3 years of experience and a BS in Accountancy, with full-time employment.

You will coordinate month-end closing, maintain ledgers and ensure compliance with laws, using SAP or QuickBooks, and Excel for analysis.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related course.
• Proven at least 1 year work experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
• Experience with Accounting Software (SAP, Quick books).
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas).
• Solid knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
• Knowledgeable with full cycle of accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amount of data.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with the law.
• Participate in regular tax audits reports.
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecasts revenues.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing.
• Monitor the daily performance of the Accounting Department.
• Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s target.
