Job summary

Quickstart Inc. is seeking an Accountant to manage AR/AP, prepare financials, and support budgeting and audits. The role requires a BS in Accountancy and at least four years of accounting experience, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). Onsite work is Monday to Friday in Libis, Quezon City.

The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities to develop the team and ensure accuracy across financial operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Accountancy required.
• Minimum 4 years accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with team development focus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payables and receivables.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Conducting detailed, month-end account reconciliations.
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Performing internal audits and assisting with external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with all internal processes.
• Preparing tax returns and maintaining necessary documentation.
• Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in budgets and reporting.
