Job summary

Chromaesthetics Inc is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll processing, and internal controls. The role drives accuracy and integrity of financial records while enabling strategic decisions through financial analysis.

You will lead cash management, AP/AR, inventory reconciliation, and process improvements, with a focus on compliance and efficiency in a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA license is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and internal controls.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate management reports like product-line profitability and cost analysis.
• Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions; resolve discrepancies.
