Job Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions which includes but not limited to the following:
• Recording of AP Invoices and Payments
• Recording of Sales Entries
• Recording of journal entries and month end entries
• Validation of cash deposits from bank
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
• Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
• Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Complete special projects as necessary

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 3 - 5 years experience related to the position
• Experience in public accounting and restaurant industry is preferred
• Experience in a multi-location company is preferred
• Solid financial statement skills and clear understanding of GAAP
• Strong Excel and ERP skills
• Highly independent but a team player
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Willing to adapt to a non-traditional work shift to overlap with US working hours (5am to 2pm)
