Job Description

As the Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of all financial records and transactions, while leading the accounting team. This role is crucial in maintaining the fiscal health of the organization by ensuring compliance, providing detailed financial and cost analysis, and supporting management decisions, especially within the manufacturing environment.

You will supervise the end-to-end accounting cycle, reconciliations, and the preparation of financial statements. A key component of your work involves navigating BIR regulations, managing tax filings, and ensuring full regulatory compliance, with a focus on cost accounting systems.

This position is ideal for a CPA and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and supervisory skills, ready to utilize their expertise in financial accounting and MS Excel to interpret and present complex financial data clearly.

What we’re looking for

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with supervisory experience of at least two (2) years
• Preferably has experience in doing cost accounting in a manufacturing setup
• Knowledgeable in BIR regulations, registration, and filing
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Excel
