Job summary

Trinitas Food Corporation is seeking a Senior Accountant to supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. You will review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and support timely month-end and year-end reporting.

The role requires CPA qualification, strong internal controls, and experience coordinating audits. You will mentor staff and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial statements and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising daily accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, payroll, and GL processes.
• Experience with monthly/annual close and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Review and verify journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other accounting transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to ensure team efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Prepare reports and financial analyses as requested by management.
