Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle end-to-end accounting tasks from transactional entries to financial statements using cloud technology. Responsibilities include AP/AR processing, inventory analysis, payroll runs, and monthly closing activities, along with preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations.

The role also involves active client calls, risk analysis, mentoring junior staff, and drafting process documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in the same field, preferably with BPO companies.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL Reconciliations
• Actively participates during client calls
• Identify significant risks and able to analyze and document in a technical memo
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work
• Drafts process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• With at least 2-4 years experience in the same field, Preferably with BPO companies
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• With CPA License is preferred
• Experience with the Big 4 audit firms is a plus
• Interest and exposure in accounting systems and other related applications
• Can work under pressure and can easily refocus to attend to urgent tasks
• Excellent communication (both oral and written in English) skills
• Strong analytical skills
