Nitto Denko Philippines Corporation in Laguna is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. You will process AP and AR transactions, maintain accounting records, and assist in month-end closings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, 2 years of hands-on accounting experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office. SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• With 2 years of hand on experience in Accounting, specializing in General Accounting.
• Experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and month-end closing activities.
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and payments accurately.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
