Job summary

You will prepare and record journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and assist with financial statements and reports. Under the supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, you will provide audit documentation and undertake other assigned tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, and reconcile journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor and manage petty cash and company expenses.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support audits and provide required documentation when needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.
