Li Auto Service Philippines LTD Corp seeks an on-site accounting clerk in San Juan City with 1–2 years of general bookkeeping or accounting experience. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management is required.

Strong Excel and GL software skills are essential; automotive dealership exposure is a plus. Responsibilities include reviewing vehicle purchase files, recording down payments, posting deal entries, and assisting in monthly financial statements.

• 1–2 years of general bookkeeping or accounting experience; automotive dealership background a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and general ledger software.

Mansioni

• Process sales deals: Review vehicle purchase files, record down payments, and post deal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable: Track daily cash flow, process vendor and parts invoices, and post receipts from service departments.
• Perform reconciliations: Balance bank accounts, general ledger schedules, and floor plan accounts.
• Maintain records: File financial documents, manage repair order costs, and log daily transactions.
• Assist management: Help prepare monthly financial statements and resolve discrepancies with other departments.
