Job summary

JYEKEE Manufacturing Cebu Inc. is seeking a reliable Accounting Staff to support daily accounting, documentation, and payroll coordination at its Cebu plant. The role covers accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, reporting, and compliance with Philippine BIR rules, using ECOUNT ERP and MS Excel.

Collaboration with suppliers, employees, and other departments is essential. Eligible candidates should have 1–2 years of experience and a related degree, and be willing to work in MEPZ 1,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting and BIR requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; ECOUNT experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work in MEPZ 1, Ibo, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and organize invoices, vouchers, receipts, and accounting documents.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable monitoring.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and other accounting reconciliations.
• Monitor expenses, disbursements, and supporting documents.
• Assist with payroll preparation and coordination.
• Prepare regular accounting and financial reports as required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in BIR and other government-related accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, employees, banks, and other parties regarding accounting matters.
• Assist in maintaining accurate data in the ECOUNT ERP system.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding purchasing, inventory, production, and other transactions affecting accounting records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
