Job Description

Record daily financial transactions such as sales, purchase, receipts and payments

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting schedules

Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents

Handle accounts payable and receivable process, including invoice verification and posting

Prepare and process payroll, government contributions, and other employee-related payments

Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts

Ensure timely fixing of taxes and compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements

Maintain organized and coordination with external auditors

Support the Accounting Officer or Finance Manager in other related tasks
