Merck Group in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to drive operational excellence across Asset Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Bank Processing and Cash Application. You will own complex accounting activities, coordinate Month-End Close deliverables, and serve as a key business partner to local finance teams, Treasury, A/R, A/P, and Group Accounting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• At least 3 years of GL accounting operations or shared services.
• Experience with asset accounting, intercompany, bank processing or cash application.
• Fluent English; based in BGC, Taguig; willingness for mid/night shift.

Responsabilidades

• Own MEC deliverables and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage Asset Accounting / Intercompany / Bank Processing / Cash Application lifecycle.
• Perform complex journal entries and master data governance.
• Coordinate with local entity finance teams, Treasury, A/R, A/P, Tax and Group Accounting.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
